Refund Policy

At Grandha USA, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Defective products will be reviewed before a final decision is made.

Exchanges: If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange within 10 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, products must:

  • Show no signs of use, stains, washing, animal fur, odors (except for the original product odor), permanent streaks, or wrinkles.
  • Include the original packaging and labels affixed.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchanges.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for incorrect products or type of product chosen.
  • The choice of product type and size is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Buyers are responsible for all costs and risks of loss or damage during shipping.
  • Grandha USA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after shipping the package.

Process:

  1. Send an email to Grandhausa@gmail.com to initiate your exchange request.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  3. If approved, the amount will be credited to your Grandha USA account as a balance or gift card. You will receive an email with instructions to use this balance on our website.
